Townships Today

Townships Today - Summer 2016

Welcome to the latest issue of Townships Today, a quarterly newsletter designed to help you educate the public about township government and other issues. Townships Today is written specifically for township residents, and we ask you to share it with them.

To reduce PSATS’ printing and mailing costs (and keep your dues in check), we distribute this newsletter exclusively by email and fax. For your convenience, current and past issues of Townships Today, along with detailed instructions for printing, distributing, and posting online, are available by clicking here.

This quarter’s issue focuses on Lyme disease. Pennsylvania leads the nation in confirmed cases, but Lyme disease is tricky to diagnose because it’s often confused with other illnesses, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and various psychiatric illnesses, including depression. This issue explains the symptoms of the disease and steps residents can take to protect themselves and their families.

Please note: While PSATS created this newsletter, we want you, our members, to take full credit for the publication, as well as the quarterly articles, if you choose to use them in your own newsletter or post them on your website.
